The Temple Brith Achim Choir, now celebrating its 20th year, sings for the High Holy Days and once a month during services from September through June. We also sing at special events at the synagogue and the community, and now and again put on a musical extravaganza like 2007's Purim musical, "Western Esther: or the Gunfight at the Oy Vey Corral." Membership is open to all congregants bar/ bat mitzvah age and older; our current membership spans ages from young teenagers to "older teenagers" of all ages.
During the school year, rehearsals are from 9:00am to 10:30 Sunday morning in the library. During the summer we rehearse (and nosh) every other week at a different member's home. No audition is required to join; if you can carry a tune in a wheelbarrow, we'd love to have you.
