Religious School Registration 2011 - 2012

Dear Parents,

We are already preparing for next year and we want to get a head start on registration for Religious School for the 2011-12 school year.

On the registration packet letter you received in the mail, your child’s class and session placement was indicated.  Please review this information and on the web form to the left please check off whether you accept this placement or if you request a change.  If you are requesting a session change, please state your request in the space provided.

In order to reserve this placement, please return the following to the Temple office by June 15, 2011:
* Your completed and signed 2011-12 Religious School Commitment Form,
* Your completed Religious School Tuition and Fee Schedule form ,
* Corrected Student Data Profile
* Signed Release Form
* Student Information Form
* Payment of a $100 deposit for each child and the required book/materials fee for each child.

All registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  While every effort will be made to accommodate everyone’s request, when classes are filled to capacity, they will be closed.  All paperwork must be completed and returned in order for school registration to be confirmed.  If you have any questions or special concerns, please feel free to contact me at 610 337-2820.

Please note that registration information for 8th – 10th grade ins provided on our Confirmation Program web page.  We have revamped this program and want to explain all of the exciting new changes before we begin registration.

If school fees present a financial burden, please indicate that you would like to be considered for a scholarship and our Financial Secretary, Kareen Hartwig, will contact you.

Thank you for your cooperation.  Please feel free to contact either of us if you have any questions or concerns.  We are looking forward to another wonderful year!

Todah rabah,
