Leaders

TBA has a 3-part Leadership System:

Board of Trustees

These are elected members whose job is to guide the synagogue through long-term planning and policies.

Management Team

These are elected members whose job is to guide the synagogue through the day-to-day running of the different aspects of the facility and programming.

Staff

These are paid leaders, such as the Rabbi, the Director of Lifelong Jewish Learning, administrators, and other support staff
